Fancy Feet takes TOP Awards at Nationals this Summer
Fancy Feet Competition Team went to Lancaster PA and competed to be the
National Dance Champions and that is just what they did! Seventy girls
and boys took the stage in various dances such as Hip Hop, Contemporary,
Lyrical, Tap and Jazz and took first place in every routine as well as
Overall titles. “I am so proud of my dancers – they did an OUTSTANDING
job and so did my teachers,” said Ms Susan Director. A Hip Hop routine
called “Renegade” won the “PEOPLES CHOICE ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR” and
“OVERALL HIGH SCORE” award. The studio also received the “CHOREOGRAPHY
WITH STYLE” award along with numerous specialty awards. This was an
amazing competition with great dancers from all over the country. We are
proud to have done so well.
